A member asked:

I had positive hpts at 4-5 weeks pregnant now at 6 weeks negative hpt i have not had any bleeding or cramps is it possible to still be pregnant ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes but...: As long as you did the 6 week test on a first morning urine, you may still be pregnant, but it's most likely not a viable pregnancy. Most likely you'll have a miscarriage. Hcg should normally keep increasing daily in a normal pregnancy, so a positive pregnancy test won't become negative unless it's a non-viable pregnancy.
