Best for her to do-: -is wear support stockings, and be up and about as much as possible while in flight, so she does not get DVT. Anyone who is hobbling around is prone to get it as is flying for a long time. Also she should be on an aspirin regime. For the flight, 350mg 4X/day. When she becomes more active, drop it to 81mg/day.
