I have wrist pain s/p mri: degen changes, subcondral cyst, possible tear/perf of fibrocartilage in radial lig. will it heal by itself ?

See below: Unfortunately, the degenerative changes are there to stay. The ligament may heal. I'm not sure. Hopefully an orthopedic doc will weigh in on that.

May get better: Ligament tears may heal. Tfc perforation may or may not heal, depending on the integrity of the remainder of the tfc. The degenerative changes usually don't improve. Even so symptoms may get better with conservative treatments, perhpas with a wrist wrap/support and nsaids. The goal is to improve stability and symptoms. Consult your orthopedic or hand surgeon.
