Less sex: That probably isn't the best news, however it is the only well documented method to increase the sperm count. Reducing ejaculations to once every 4-7 days may help, avoiding tight underwear, saunas, jacuzzis (basically anything which raises the temperature of the testicles). Quitting smoking and reducing alcohol will also benefit, and avoid putting your laptop on your lap!
