Multiple or single?: Red blisters on baby's feet is never normal, and without a photo, it is hard to diagnose. Blisters can be caused by repeated friction, infection, burns and cold injury. Multiple small blisters on feet and hands can be caused by a viral infection such as enterovirus. I recommend that you get urgent evaluation.
