Nipple bruise in man: It would be good to have a doctor look at the "bruised" area and do a general exam to assess your comment about general inflammation. There are some simple blood tests that can assess for inflammation in the body. Breast complaints in men are not as common, but should obviously be evaluated if they don't resolve within a reasonable time frame. Good luck.
