Partial hysterectomy a year ago and now have itch tender and painful nipple on left side. what woul help?

Not related: Your hysterectomy is not, i don't think, related to your nipple pain and itching. Your ovaries are still making estrogen and progesterone, which can affect the breast tissue. But absence of uterus not related itching on skin can sometimes be fungal, you could try an antifungal cream. Pain in breast should be investigated though. I would make an appt with doctor for breast exam just to be sure.

Nipple problem: I don't think hysterectomy has to do with the nipple issue. Before anything is recommended, i recommend your nipple be examined to rule out any serious problem.
