See an internist: You are dehydrated so at the very least you must drink about one full glass of non alcoholic liquid once an hour. Add some protein and fat, say eggnog or protein powder, and keep a record of your weight and intake. You should see a general internist for this condition, and if there is nausea that is causing you not to eat get on an antiemetic (say Meclizine) to deal with that and the dizziness.
