Possiblly drug : Drugs sometimes have oral side effects such as color changes to your tongue good oral hygiene may not be enough but if it isn't drug related see your periodontist to evaluate it.

Tongue film: May be side effect from medication, OTCs, or supplements. May be from diet. May be fungal infection. See your Dentist to begin the diagnostic process.
