Anxiety and breath: Since I am a Psychologist I like to recommend learning mindfulness and meditation for anxiety. It is not a quick fix but learning breathing techniques and thought monitoring really helps..If you go to a cognitive-behavioral therapist you can learn tools to help curb the anxiety without medication, but first check with your doctor to rule out a medical explanation.
