Doctor can check: A person who has a "phlegmy" throat and is worried about it can see his primary care doctor for an evaluation. Many things can cause throat symptoms, such as strep bacteria, cold viruses, allergens, obsessing about one's throat, etc... Just being a masseuse does not equate to being a carrier of STD's. Kissing is not the main way to transmit STD's. Otherwise, they would be called KTD's, not STD's.
