Hypothyroidism: Are you taking thyroid supplement and,if so, is your tsh in normal range? Of all your medical conditions only an underactive thyroid could explain unexpected weight gain. You may need to consult a registered dietitian who will advise you about your ideal weight, critique your current eating habits, outline a personal diet for you taking into consideration your physical activity and medical history
