Give it more time: It can take a few days for diflucan (fluconazole) to clear up a yeast infection. But some yeasts are resistant to diflucan (fluconazole) -- and if so will also be resistant to monistat. Or maybe not yeast if you diagnosed yourself or without direct exam by a health professional.
