Check your BP: You can check your BP at many larger pharmacies with one of the automated cuffs that you sit down at. If it is high (>140/90) then you should address it. First, if you smoke, try to quit. Reduce salt consumption. Limit alcohol use. Eliminate fast/processed foods. If overweight, see if you can lose few lbs.If those interventions don't help (or you can't do them), see a doctor to restart medication.
