Yes: Passing one stone does not mean that all the stones have passed. You may need a ct scan to determine if you still have stones. Protein and white cells are not normal in your urine; speak to your primary care provider.

Stones possible: Itis very possible that you are passing kidney stones. However, you should schedule an appointment with your pcp so he can check your urine to make sure that you dont have a urinary tract infection that is causing your upper quadrant pain.
