my right ear is partially blocked and my hearing is muffled in that ear only? it has been happening since last night and i am now experiencing dizzy?

Effusion: Likely some type of fluid in middle ear. Try chewing gum or a lemon drop. This should resolve. If persistent or fever get rechecked.
