Mgt: I would suggest lung function testing with a DLCO and chest imaging to include a chest CT as indicated. If you smoke, please quit smoking. Your local chapter of the ALA has more information. I would advise asking about CF, COPD, A1AT deficiency, asthma.

About 4 weeks since I was diagnosed with bronchitis. The cough is bad, makes my chest hurt and is continuous. SOB, muscle pain, fatigue and feel terrible. On inhaler and virtussin. When does this become a problem? Do I need a pulmonologist yet?
