About 4 weeks since i was diagnosed with bronchitis. the cough is bad, makes my chest hurt and is continuous. sob, muscle pain, fatigue and feel terrible. on inhaler and virtussin. when does this become a problem? do i need a pulmonologist yet?

Mgt: If you have a fever, pneumonia may contribute to the symptoms. A low dose of steroid, may help to reduce lung inflammation following a bronchitic infection. Most are viral illnesses, but I would recommend seeing your PCP.
