Undermining: Perhaps the area undermined a little bit - which could happen if you've been on your feet ALOT and not taking care of yourself?? I would show this to a doctor, since you don't want to neglect a foot infection. If you have a photo or something, that would help here on Health Tap -since it's virtual. A podiatrist could probably help you at this stage. I would call today to make an appointment.
