See a podiatrist: Warts on the bottom of the foot have to be handled differently than elsewhere on the body. They tend to callus up easily, making medication therapy less effective. Cutting, burning or freezing can penetrate the dermis and cause permanent scarring. I prefer to shave them down a bit and apply canthradine, which will cause a blister and lift them off. It often takes repeat treatments, but won't scar.
