I have a migraine and can't sleep or eat - what can i do?

Migraine: Try to avoid the triggers, drink fluids, you may try over the counter analgesics like Tylenol or acetaminophen, excedrin migraine like pills, you may try over the counter sleep aids like diphenhydramine or Benadryl , melatonin to help with sleep. If worse or not improving, please see your doctor. Go to emergency room if dehydrated.

Migraine: For an acute attack of migraine adults can try paracetamol and anti inflammatories provided they are not allergic to them. Anti nausea tablets like metoclopramide or prochlorperazine can be added for nausea . If not improving triptans can be added too but best to discuss with doctor .
