Abd/back bladder etc: Could be a couple of things. First, are you pregnant? If sexually active, check this even if you use contraception. If neg, maybe it's a bladder infection. Go to a local clinic for a urine test (quick to do, and easy to treat). Or is it a heavy period this month? Use a heating pad and some ibuprofen to ease your cramps (600 mg every 6 hrs). For fevers and diarrhea, consider appendicitis & see Dr.
