My cat jumped on low abdomen and my bladder was full, is it serious? can i have internal bleeding and not know it? i have a slight pain and tenderness in the area , should i worry?

Probably fine: I can't tell you with 100% certainty that you don't have internal bleeding, without a CT scan. However, I would say that the chances of you having a serious injury, from a cat (likely weighing less than 15 lbs) jumping on your abdomen would be very low. I would give it a few days, and expect to feel better. If for some reason the pain gets worse, or you're urinating blood then see a doctor.

Probably ok: Most domestic cats would not be heavy enough to cause any internal bleeding, but if you notice blood in urine, worsening pain, dizziness call Dr. most likely the pain is due to mild bruising & will resolve within hours. Tylenol or ibuprofen can help, & avoiding bending & lifting but do gently stretch the muscles
