I don't think you: are seeing maggots.If you are having stool problems,abdominal pain,weight loss,fever,etc...take a stool sample to your doctor and have it sent in to the lab for testing...according to your symptoms.It can be tested for parasites as well as bad bacteria,etc..I hope this is helpful to you.
