Constipation: This could be many things but the first thought that comes to mind is constipation. Try taking 8-15 grams per day of supplemental fiber for 2-4 weeks and see if this helps. Another thought is whether you are developing lactose intolerance. Try a few weeks on a low lactose diet to see how you respond.
