Get an eye exam: There are many causes of eye redness, but not many causes of eye redness with vision loss and no other symptoms. Some types of inflammation in the eye or of the cornea (the clear part of the eye) can cause redness and poor vision without the usual symptoms of pain, light sensitivity, or a sensation that something has scratched the eye. Some contact lens users have this, so get it checked asap.
