Dry eyes: Many meds can dry out tear film more. Try using lid hygiene (see Eyedoc2020.blogspot.com: step ladder approach to dry eye: steps 1-3); increasing omega 3 intake, artificial tears. If no improvement, Restasis Rx may help. Sometimes the offending medicine has to be switched.
