Lower abdominal pain: How long you have the pain? and how severe it is?
If it is severe enough need to go to ER as it could be appendicitis, lymph adenitis, bowel obstruction, pancreatitis so on. If not a severe pain need to consider enteritis, colitis, ovarian problems. Basically need more information and exam to guide you
