Sounds arthritiic: unless you have had an injury. If you can't manage with acetaminophen, heat, or if other joints are starting to be affected or your ability to attend to your job or other activities, you should see a physician for evaluation. Especially if you are on statins or have any headache. Certain types of arthritis can be helped with newer drugs. Personally would NOT recommend NSAIDs.
