Wellbutrin (bupropion) has always helped with my ocd and anxiety. it seems the opposite for others. do you think my external factors really made symptoms better?

Maybe.: Wellbutrin has caused anxiety in some depressed people but if it helps your ocd, continue to take it. There are other antidepressants well known to help ocd such as luvox, anafranil, zoloft, Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) , Lexapro but each individual is different. The poor concentration makes me think that you may have symptoms of attention deficit for which wellbutrin is indicated.
