I know i'm a strep carrier. i have scratchiness behind my nasal area and fatigue. my coworker had strep last week. could mine be active?

Not unless you have: a sore throat,fever , sinus pain or pressure,ear pain or pressure,or other symptoms of strep. Fatigue usually does not necessarily imply strep. And nasal scratchiness could be allergies.
