Your symptoms are suggestive infection with the Omicron stain of Covid 19 virus. Get tested. You may take acetaminophen for your symptoms, no more than 4 g in one day, no alcohol. It is not feasible to know the virus causing the infection without testing., it is likely a viral infection, Wish you good health.
