What causes me to get a low grade temp (99-101) every couple weeks. i feel wiped out and sick for a few days and then i am fine til the cycle repeats.

Some infection..: Have you travel recently?( malaria, parasites..). Any cycking fever, exhaustion is suspicious from some infection ( appendicitis, or other...) See Doc to do Laboratory . Keep track of your symptomd, drink plenty of fluids and see MD ASAP!
