It does what it does: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics. If one is in his late-teens and had a little growth last year, he might grow a bit. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy during his younger growing years, there's not a way to increase a normal person's height.
