Pregnant on OCP: It is possible that you can get pregnant if you missed a couple of days of the birth control pills, especially with the lower dose pills. Therefore, given the pain you are having on the right side, i would check a pregnancy test and see your doctor if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, you may be having complications that could make things more difficult for you in the future.
