No: Urine pregnancy tests are quite accurate. If test said no, then likely your symptoms are due to something else, hormonal changes etc. Sometimes women have these side effects when start a new pill. I typically say, give it 2-3 cycles before abandoning pill as may need to give body a chance to adjust to hormonal medication.
