Tingling: An ear infection can produce pain on the side of your face and head, but usually not tingling of the face, unless the infection is producing swelling and compressing nerves which travel near the ear. You definitely need someone to look in your ear and treat a possible ear infection before it worsens and damages your ear drum. Also consider shingles or Bell's palsy as a possible diagnosis.
