For two months, shooting/sharp pains that come and go throughout the day on top of head, both left and right but mainly left side. tingling/crawling sensation on top of head. started having night sweats occasionally, concerned about brain tumour?

Sharp,shooting pains: I assume you have no scalp lesions or inflammation. Sharp,shooting head pains are almost always a neuralgia which is an irritability of superficial nerves in the scalp and are not emanating from the brain itself. Night sweats are nonspecific but would be worrisome if accompanied by fever and chills. Neuralgia usually resolves on its own. If symptoms persist, consult a neurologist for evaluation.
