Get examined: this sounds like monilial intertrigo, a fungal infection caused by friction, moisture and heat. Usually any female antifungal cream such as Gyne-Lotrimin or clotrimazole, mixed with a pea- sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream applied twice a day will be helpful over a 5 day course of treatment.
