why did my arm crack really bad when i barely moved it? all my joints do that, its painful and what can i do to stop it from doing that?

Joint pain: Check with your doctor. He or she can run tests to see if you are starting to get arthritis. Medications an help this from progressing if you have arthritis. The sooner you get checked the better. Good luck and feel better.
