Pelvic exam: please see your GYN for a pelvic exam. You may have a Bartholin cyst, a mucous filled vaginal or vulvar walled off accumulation of fluid, which may have to be surgically drained ( minor surgery ).

Vaginal lesion: Bartholin gland cyst or abscess is not uncommon so would f/u w/ urgent care as may need lancing to remove the pus. Please follow up today with doc, they can get big very easily.
