Need gyn exam: Not sure what is causing this but would strongly suggest you see your gynecologist for evaluation. Could be adenopathy or trauma. Needs good exam.

Vaginal cyst?: From your brief description, it sounds like a bartholin's cyst. These can become infected and require drainage.
