See doctor: It is hard to tell what you may have although it may be from a contact allergen. However topical cortisone usually relieves contact dermatitis provided the allergen has been avoided. Have you been touching your eyelids before your nail polish dries up? If you are using a rubber tip for mascara, change to a non-rubber applicator See dermatologist if problem persists.
