Blood Pressure: You may be mixing up metaphors. The ideal blood pressure for a man is to be around the 120/80 range. This is the ideal and the goal with treatment. There is no such thing as normal that can be broadly interpreted. But, with your blood pressure diary your normal level can be compared to the ideal and this is what treatment recommendations will be based upon.
