Normal BP: Normal BP for any adult is approximately 120/80 but BPs vary throughout the day and under different conditions. If your BP is consistently higher, you should consider seeking medical attention. You may need some form of treatment or at least close monitoring. If it is lower than that and you feel fine and you are not dizzy and you have no trouble exercising - it is probably normal for you.
