Yes but ...: Not recommended. Usually people who drink are not good at self control and they over indulge. That is the problem with just one drink!

Don't recommend it: The alcohol will decrease the hormone prolactin & decrease your output, the alcohol also transfers into the milk as it is made. The alcohol & its breakdown products have negative effects on babies brain development, which is in rapid growth mode in the early months & never really stops until adulthood.There is no known safe level of alcohol exposure for infants.
