Qtip in ear slipped and hit ear drum some blood on qtip and fullness feeling in ear with some mild pain. can i wait until tomorrow to see ent?

Yes: May be nothing serious but the concern would be whether you perforated your eardrum. Even if such is the case, not an emergency and most small perforations heal on their own within a few weeks with antibiotic drops sometimes being prescribed. It's Ok to wait to see an ENT specialist and, in the meantime, avoid getting any water or dirt or putting anything in the ear until properly examined.
