I have abnormal vaginal bleeding. what could be the cause?...i am not sexually active, so pregnancy is not possible.

Long list of causes: The list of things can can cause abnormal bleeding (besides pregnancy) is pretty long. It includes things like anovulation, PCOS, thyroid problems, infections, sexual trauma, etc... If its a persistent problem, you need to see an ob/gyn and find out what is causing it. Best wishes!
