Neglect: There was no reason for this to occur other than neglect. Regular dental care, proper oral hygiene, and diet modification could have prevented all of this. Talk to the Dentist, perhaps a payment plan can be worked out. Seek help from social services. Perhaps there are charitable organizations that can help you fund the needed treatment.
