I have shoulder pain, worse with movement. started yesterday. so bad i can't sleep. took tramadol without relief. what should i do? go to see dr?

Good idea: Taking Tramadol w/o direction is, on the other hand, not so much (IMHO). That's a Rx pill and really should be taken after a Dr advises it and as they direct. More likely to help will be an eval, cold or heat, PT and/or massage or even acupuncture. Perhaps some rest alone. Pain pills can lead to big problems and further - not even help. Be careful!
